  • zucchini
  • all purpose flour
  • salt
  • extra virgin olive oil

METHOD Slice the zucchini 5mm thick. Sprinkle sea salt and wait 5-10 minutes so they can s weat a little bit. Pass both sides in plain flour and fry them until golden. Lay them on a plate with absorbent paper.
