These beautiful smoked salmon and spinach twirls, accompanied with a glass of sparkling wine, prosecco or champagne, are the perfect choice at parties or to whet your appetite. Unroll the pastry roll on a flat surface.
Lay the slices of smoked salmon on the pastry.
Spread a thin layer of cream cheese using a butter or table knife.
Sprinkle with fresh dill and black pepper.
Top with plenty of baby spinach leaves.
Roll the pastry from the widest side and make sure it has a round shape.
Using a sharp serrated knife, cut in slices 1 cm thick.
Lay them on a oven tray covered with baking paper.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 C until golden brown.
